• Lead employment-related due diligence in corporate and private equity transactions, identifying risks, developing mitigation, and supervising junior associates.
• Independently manage complex employment matters and transactional workstreams during deals.
• Provide mentorship and developmental support to junior associates.
• Counsel on workplace policies, employment compliance, employee relations, restrictive covenants, and wage misclassification, including structuring, drafting, and enforceability.
