Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking an experienced employment attorney to join its growing legal team in Atlanta, GA. The role offers a hybrid in‑office and remote arrangement, with occasional travel under 10%.

You will guide daily employment-law matters, manage litigation and outside counsel, train employees, and support strategic HR initiatives. You will work closely with HR and leadership to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, design programs, and respond to regulatory inquiries

Qualifications

• Proven ability to counsel on federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Experience managing disputes, investigations, and employment litigation.
• Strong ability to train employees and guide HR and leadership on compliance matters.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop programs, policies, and practices to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Advise managers on HR and employment legal issues to reduce exposure.
• Manage and resolve employment-related disputes and Government agency actions.
• Respond to demand letters and agency charges.
• Supervise outside counsel on a portion of litigation.
• Track budgets and supervise investigations and later actions.
• Train HR professionals on investigations, accommodations, wage-hour, and leave compliance.
• Coordinate nationwide employment-law initiatives and educate leadership on changes.
