Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Atlanta, GA seeks a senior-level employment litigation attorney to defend employers in a fast-paced docket, with meaningful trial preparation and courtroom participation. This role offers ownership of matters, strategy development, and close collaboration with business clients on day-to-day issues.

Hybrid schedule with three days in-office and two remote days, targeting a 5–7 year experience level.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of employment law experience, preferably representing employers and management.
• Strong litigation background with demonstrated interest in litigation and trial work.
• Experience handling employment-related disputes with increasing autonomy, deadlines and strategy.
• Ability and willingness to participate in trials.
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
• Active Georgia bar admission in good standing.
• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Stable employment history and maturity to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage employment litigation matters, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Prepare for and participate in hearings and trials, including trial preparation and in-court support.
• Respond to agency charges and handle related administrative proceedings.
• Conduct or support workplace investigations and provide clear findings and recommendations.
• Advise and counsel employer clients on employment law risk management and day-to-day workplace issues.
