Job summary

Jostens in Minneapolis seeks an Associate General Counsel, Employment Counsel to provide broad-based employment law and compliance support, including litigation management, policy development, and drafting of employment, contractor, and vendor agreements. This hybrid role requires onsite presence three days weekly at the Minneapolis office.

You will advise internal stakeholders, work with outside counsel, manage disputes, support HR initiatives, and contribute to mergers and acquisitions due

Qualifications

• Broad employment law experience and strong business judgment.
• Experience drafting and negotiating employment-related agreements and vendor contracts.
• Ability to manage litigation and partner with outside counsel.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide employment law guidance to internal stakeholders and draft/negotiate related agreements.
• Draft/review staffing and consultant agreements, independent contractor agreements, and vendor contracts.
• Manage compliance matters and update policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with outside counsel on litigation and major company initiatives.
• Oversee employment-related litigation and resolution of disputes.
