Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on all employment issues including hiring, performance, employee relations, terminations, leaves, wage/hour, investigations.
• Draft, develop and implement workplace policies with HR.
• Manage outside counsel on employment disputes.
• Draft EEOC and state agency statements and filings.
• Represent the company before administrative agencies.
• Monitor employment legislation to ensure policy compliance.
• Draft employment and severance agreements and related documents.
• Work with outside counsel on visa status and filings.
