C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Sr. Project Manager, Employment Compliance to lead the legal operations function and safeguard the organization against regulatory risk.

The role bridges legal interpretation with operational execution and drives end‑to‑end compliance across the enterprise. Responsibilities include training leaders on affirmative action, monitoring legislative changes, and auditing processes to develop sustainable compliance programs.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of employment law at federal and state levels.
• Experience using legal research databases (Bloomberg, Westlaw, LexisNexis).
• PMI/ PMP or equivalent project management methodology.
• Experience implementing complex legal compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor federal and state legislative changes and assess impact.
• Lead end‑to‑end legal projects, manage timelines and risks.
• Develop and deliver technical training to HR, Finance and Operations.
• Conduct internal compliance audits and maintain governance calendars.
