Job summary

Amazon Worldwide Grocery Store Legal Team seeks a Compliance Specialist to support Store Operations and Regulatory work across the U.S. You will help design and monitor compliance plans, draft SOPs, prepare reporting, and collaborate with internal teams on trainings and communications.

Strong communication and project-management skills are essential. The role involves working with Food Safety, labeling, environmental health and safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines to ensure audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in compliance, paralegal, program management, or case management.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Operations and Regulatory Legal activities across Food Safety, Labeling, EH&S, Consumer Protection, etc.
• Assist in AI-enabled process improvements for compliance initiatives.
• Draft, maintain and update SOPs and internal guidance; ensure materials stay current with regulations.
