Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Principal Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead and coordinate OSHA, EPA and PSM/RMP related programs across the C&S network. You will audit, report, and ensure site compliance while partnering with facility leadership.

The role requires 5-7 years of environmental compliance experience, a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, willingness to travel up to 75%, and a proven ability to train teams and communicate policy effectively.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree – General Studies.
• Bachelor's Degree – Environmental Science.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in OSHA & Environmental Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Proactively address OSHA, EPA, & PSM/RMP regulatory issues.
• Travel extensively to all sites to train and audit Environmental programs for compliance.
• Support sites during OSHA, EPA, & PSM/RMP inspections by regulators.
• Develop and submit reports to sites, state, and federal agencies as required by law.
• Complete administrative functions to maintain records for EPA & OSHA compliance.
