• Demonstrated sound professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Manage employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and other proceedings.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy.
• Provide practical legal advice to employer clients.
