Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Senior Associate, Employee Voice to shape how we listen to employees and turn feedback into action. You will collaborate with HR and vendors to design, implement, and analyze surveys, including the EOS, to understand culture and employee experience.

Reporting to the Employee Voice Data Management Director, you will integrate listening data with workforce data platforms, deliver executive-ready insights, and support leadership on culture improvements.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Statistics or related Behavioral Science.
• 5 years of professional experience supporting survey research, employee listening, or related analytics work.
• Knowledge of research methods and experience creating/measuring tools, especially surveys.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and manipulate large data sets in Excel.
• Ability to identify and communicate critical insights through data visualizations (PitchPro+).

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the firmwide Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) by managing a defined workstream.
• Support additional surveys within the listening strategy, including design, deployment, data management and insight generation.
• Consult and advise as a survey SME on questionnaire content, administration and analytics/reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop or enhance survey tools to meet evolving data needs.
• Analyze and interpret employee survey data to identify actionable insights; elevate themes to leadership.
• Produce executive-ready deliverables tailored to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Workforce Data to maximize the value of employee data via integration.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate survey execution and adoption of insights.
• Enable the HR Advisory community with guidance, materials and insights.
