Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Senior Project Associate in Employee Voice to drive product and customer experience improvements through user research, metrics analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within a leading financial organization. Qualifications

• 3+ years in project or product management or similar field.
• Experience in discovery and requirements definition.
• Knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
• Familiarity with surveys and measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Manager to identify new project opportunities grounded in user research and market needs.
• Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support development and execution.
• Support surveys (EOS and others) within the listening strategy for employee and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to leverage data for new tools and surveys.
• Serve as a SME on survey content, administration, and analysis/reporting.
• Identify opportunities to translate data into insights for leadership and COEs.
• Ensure data privacy, security, and controls in survey and project processes.
• Interpret survey data and share insights to improve products and experiences.
• Prepare executive presentations highlighting impact for business leaders.
• Partner with HR CDAO and other groups to maximize use of employee data for initiatives.
• Work with HR Advisory to help clients understand employee data and its impact.
