Duke Health is seeking a People Relations Consultant to provide professional consultation to leaders and HR Business Partners on employee relations matters. This role manages a broad portfolio of cases, conducts investigations of moderate complexity, and supports consistent application of employment policies to promote a respectful and equitable workplace.

Duties include advising on performance management, policy interpretation, and collaboration with Legal and senior leaders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, organizational development, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in employee relations and investigations in healthcare or academic setting.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR policies.
• Strong communication and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Provide consultation to supervisors and HR partners on employee and labor relations matters.
• Lead investigations of moderate to complex employee relations issues.
• Apply DUHS and Duke University policies to ensure equitable outcomes.
• Advise leaders on appropriate actions and risk management.
• Document, report, and improve processes within case management system.
