Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking an experienced Employee Relations professional to manage timely responses, investigations, and resolutions on a broad range of employee matters. You will counsel management, interpret policies, and collaborate with HR leadership to mitigate risk while supporting business objectives.

The role requires 3+ years in employee relations, strong communication, and ability to handle multi-site and remote teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience handling employee relations matters.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Experience conducting investigations and responding to third‑party charges.
• Experience supporting multi‑site and remote employees.

Responsibilities

• Respond to, investigate and resolve a wide variety of employee matters, coaching and counseling on policy and procedures.
• Conduct internal investigations and craft written responses to third‑party charges with legal consultation.
• Participate in and/or lead ad‑hoc HR projects supporting department and business objectives.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
