Highmark Health seeks an experienced Employee Relations professional to address and resolve a broad range of employee matters, coaching managers on policy and performance while mitigating risk. The role includes leading investigations and preparing written responses for third‑party inquiries with legal counsel collaboration.

You will participate in HR initiatives, support multi-site operations, and help drive policies that improve employee relations and workforce outcomes.

Qualificações

• Experience handling employee relations matters, including investigations and policy guidance.
• Strong communication and collaboration with management and HR teams.
• Ability to balance business needs with risk mitigation.
