Job summary

DiaMedical USA is seeking an HR Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and policy implementation from our Farmington Hills, MI office while providing HR support to the DiaMedical organization. The role emphasizes confidentiality, communication, and collaboration with HR management.

You will manage employee relations, performance processes, and compliance with federal, state, and local laws, with occasional travel to other DiaMedical locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field with 5 years HR experience
• PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
• Experience using an HRIS system (Paycom)
• Knowledge of EEO, FMLA, ADA and other employment laws

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR administration
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and performance management
• Administer benefits programs and leaves of absence
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with laws
• Prepare reports for leadership and compliance
• Support employee relations and policy communications
• Assist safety and compliance initiatives
