Job summary

ASML is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Investigator to objectively and empathetically handle sensitive investigations into harassment, discrimination, accommodation, and retaliation. You will interview parties, gather evidence, and deliver clear findings with recommendations while upholding confidentiality.

Reporting to the US Head of Employee Relations, you will work with Legal, HR Business Partners, and other functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR with a specialization in Employee Relations or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience conducting employee relations investigations.
• Extensive knowledge of best practices and methodologies for conducting investigations, fact-finding, and interviewing.
• Familiar with Federal, State and local law.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and impartiality under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct sensitive investigations into employment issues.
• Plan neutral fact-finding investigations and conduct intake interviews.
• Review evidence and provide objective findings with corrective action recommendations.
• Document investigations with clear, detailed reports.
• Track caseload, deadlines, and report updates to ER Case Management System.
• Debrief with ER, Legal, HR and leadership on findings.
• Analyze data to identify trends and mitigation strategies.
• Handle confidential information discreetly.
