Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR, Employee Relations, Colleague Relations, Investigations or other relevant work experience.
• Proven Investigations experience
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (including plane travel)

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and document detailed and unbiased investigations into employee complaints and allegations.
• Ensure investigations comply with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of all investigations and employee relations matters.
• Interpret and apply company policies to ensure fair handling of employee relations matters.
• Prepare clear investigative reports and present findings to senior management.
• Assist with training on employee relations topics as needed.
