Job summary

Bronson Healthcare is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist II to partner with human resources in the Employee Relations and Engagement function. This role will design and deploy processes and systems to foster a high-performing, fully engaged workforce and provide day-to-day consultation on employee relations issues across Bronson.

The specialist will develop metrics from engagement surveys, conduct exit interviews, and guide leadership on strategies to improve retention and workplace

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum 3 years of HR experience.
• Experience in employee relations, investigations, and policy interpretation.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fact-finding investigations using best-practice methodologies and identify root causes.
• Oversee engagement and climate surveys; analyze results and develop follow-up programs.
• Collaborate with people leaders and Equity & Inclusion to drive positive organizational change.
