Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking an Employee Relations (ER) Director to lead statewide and multi-state ER initiatives from our Dallas area office. You will shape policies, oversee investigations, and partner with Legal, Compliance, and HR to minimize risk while elevating workplace culture.

You will supervise two ER Managers, coach leaders, and drive performance improvement and policy compliance across a diverse workforce in the United States.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive HR experience.
• 3-5 years in a dedicated employee relations role.
• Experience supervising other HR leaders.
• Experience with multi-state, remote environment.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations strategies, policies, and programs.
• Oversee the employee relations framework alignment with org goals.
• Conduct fair, thorough investigations into complaints and policy violations.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and HR teams to assess risk and take action.
• Coach managers on communication, conflicts, and development.
• Monitor employment law changes and update policies and training.
• Prepare reports on investigations, trends, and leadership recommendations.
