MGT Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Director, Employee Relations and Compliance to lead enterprise-wide ER and employment compliance programs. Reporting to the SVP, HR Services, this role advises senior leaders and guides investigations, policy development, and risk management across a multi-state workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in Employee Relations, Employment Compliance, or related HR fields.
• Proven success leading enterprise ER and compliance functions within large, complex organizations.
• Experience managing workplace investigations and advising on high-risk employee matters.
• Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise employee relations strategy and operating model across the organization.
• Oversee workplace investigations with thorough, objective practices; govern policies and standards.
• Provide strategic leadership for employment compliance across a multi-state workforce; mitigate risk.
• Build and develop the ER & Compliance team; drive accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
