Job summary

Arcis Golf, based at our Dallas corporate office, seeks an Employee Relations Director to lead ER strategy, policies, and programs across the United States. The role partners with HR leadership, club managers, and employees to resolve complex issues and minimize risk.

You will supervise two ER Managers, oversee investigations into harassment and policy violations, map talent, coach leaders, and ensure policies comply with federal, state, and local laws.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) + years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a dedicated employee relations role.
• Experience working with exempt and non-exempt employees in a multi-state, remote environment preferred.
• Experience supervising other HR leaders.
• Demonstrated experience conducting complex investigations and managing sensitive employee relations issues.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and regulations (e.g., ADA, FMLA, Title VII, FLSA, NLRA).
• Exceptional interpersonal, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations strategy and policies, coordinating with HR, club managers, and employees.
• Oversee investigations into harassment, discrimination, workplace misconduct, and policy violations.
• Coach leaders on communication, conflict resolution, and employee development to build trust-based relationships.
• Map talent for critical roles and create development and succession plans.
• Develop, interpret, and communicate ER policies ensuring compliance with laws.
• Analyze trends and prepare detailed reports for leadership.
