Responsibilities

• Lead investigative efforts as part of the Associate Relations Center of Excellence for complex/high-risk issues.
• Prepare detailed responses for EEOC or state equal employment opportunity agencies.
• Assist with labor relations activities, grievance responses, arbitration, and labour-management meetings.
