Cardinal Senior Living seeks a Regional Human Resources Manager to support our Ohio communities with a heavy focus on employee relations, compliance, leave management, workers’ compensation, investigations, and leadership guidance.

The role serves as the strategic HR lead to community leaders who handle day-to-day execution, coaching leaders through difficult conversations, and ensuring actions align with policy and law. Travel throughout Ohio is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
• Strong employee-relations experience.
• Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA and accommodations, workers’ compensation, performance management, workplace investigations, terminations and corrective action, and federal and state employment law.

Responsabilidades

• Provide regional HR leadership across Ohio communities with primary responsibility for employee relations, investigations, corrective action, termination reviews, and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements; interpret policies consistently across communities.
• Coach and influence operational leaders; translate employment law into practical guidance; manage risk early.
