Crystal Mountain, part of Alterra Mountain Company, is seeking a Seasonal HR Coordinator / Housing Attendant to support onboarding, housing operations, and employee events. The role blends HR coordination with housing duties, including shuttle-related tasks and maintaining residential facilities on mountain grounds.

You will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth daily operations, plan events, and assist with staff needs while delivering excellent guest experiences and a welcoming

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR with onboarding and onboarding-related staff inquiries.
• Track eligibility for employee ski perks and transportation logistics for events.
• Maintain employee lounge cleanliness and support orientation/onboarding activities.
• Support staffing needs and daily HR operations.
