Job summary

Arizona Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Employee Experience Specialist to coordinate engagement programs, EEGs, and communication efforts across the organization.

You will partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to promote belonging, recognition, and a strong workplace culture, while tracking outcomes and driving continuous improvement.

This hybrid role requires strong project coordination, executive communication, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives with discretion.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required and 1+ years in employee engagement or related programs.
• Experience coordinating large programs, events, or initiatives and preparing leadership-ready summaries.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead employee experience programs, events, campaigns, and initiatives from planning through execution and follow-up.
• Support EEGs, culture initiatives, and volunteer programs that strengthen belonging and community impact.
• Develop and maintain employee communications, announcements, and program materials; align with leadership needs.
• Support recognition programs and employee listening efforts, analyze feedback, and summarize themes for improvements.
• Track program activity and outcomes; improve tools and processes for consistency and impact.
