ORNL Federal Credit Union seeks a Culture & Engagement Specialist to foster a connected, values-driven employee experience across the credit union and its affiliates. You will support culture initiatives through engagement programs, internal communications, recognition efforts and employee events.

The role partners across teams to bring the organization’s culture to life, ensuring staff feel informed, included, and inspired.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in employee engagement, internal communications, HR support, or related field.
• Experience working in a cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience maintaining brand messaging, tone, and employee experience alignment.
• Experience coordinating employee events and communications logistics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Support culture and engagement initiatives designed by leadership.
• Coordinate employee events, logistics, vendor coordination, setup and on-site support.
• Collect informal feedback and relay insights to leadership.
• Assist with engagement platform adoption, content updates, and tracking.
• Compile participation data and basic reports for leadership review.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
