You will manage initiatives, support EEGs, coordinate events, and partner with leaders to improve the employee experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience managing employee engagement, experience, or related initiatives.
• Proven ability to prepare employee communications, reports, and leadership-ready summaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate employee experience programs and events from planning to execution and follow-up.
• Support EEGs, culture initiatives, volunteer efforts, and employee-led programs.
• Develop, update, and maintain employee communications and intranet content.
• Summarize feedback from listening efforts, identify themes, and suggest improvements.
• Track program activity and outcomes to inform reporting and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with leaders and cross-functional teams to align initiatives with organizational goals.
