Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience.
• Life and Health Insurance License required.
• Expertise in developing self-insured and fully insured welfare benefit plans.
• CE credits and additional designations as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Build Client Relationships as the primary advisor for benefits-related issues and develop tailored benefit strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client analytics, compliance, communications, technology, and marketing needs.
• Develop and analyze benefit plan offerings using client data, benchmarking, and alternative funding strategies.
