Job summary

The Baldwin Group in Boston, MA seeks a Sr. Client Relationship Manager (Sr. CRM) to lead a portfolio of mid to high complexity employee benefits clients. You will drive multi-year renewal strategy, mentor colleagues, and deliver strategic guidance to strengthen client satisfaction and retention.

As a senior liaison, you will partner with Advisors, CSS, and carriers to ensure superior service delivery, analyze complex benefit trends, and oversee compliance and communications for client programs.

Qualifications

• Advanced ability to analyze complex benefits data and deliver strategic recommendations
• Resolve highly complex client issues with sound judgment
• Strong attention to detail in renewal documents and communications
• Ability to manage multiple complex client timelines and deadlines
• Build credible client relationships through transparent communication

Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain relationships with assigned clients
• Provide consulting by interpreting plan performance data and advising on design
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
• Lead renewal strategy with benchmarking and plan options
• Prepare QBR insights with trend analysis and recommendations
• Review and approve client-facing communication materials
• Manage client compliance calendar and regulatory notices
• Collaborate with CSS and Advisors to meet timelines
• Resolve enrollment discrepancies and plan enrolment issues
• Coordinate deliverables across internal teams for renewals and audits
• Investigate billing issues and identify process improvements
