Job summary

You will drive renewal strategies, monitor compliance, analyze complex benefit trends, and provide strategic guidance to strengthen client satisfaction and retention. The role requires independent operation and close collaboration with Advisors, CSS, carriers, and Baldwin support teams.

Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
• Lead multi-year renewal strategy and present options and benchmarking.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations; escalate complex scenarios.
• Prepare QBR insights with advanced dashboard interpretation and trend analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet renewal timelines and deliverables.
• Resolve escalated enrollment discrepancies and coverage questions.
