The Baldwin Group seeks a Sr. Client Relationship Manager (Sr. CRM) in Employee Benefits to lead relationships with mid to high complexity clients, driving renewal strategies and program design for ongoing client success.

You will leverage advanced benefits knowledge to analyze trends, guide compliance, and partner with Advisors and carriers to deliver a consistent “Peace of Mind” client experience. Mentorship and process improvements are key facets of the role.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Insurance, finance or related field.
• Current state Life & Health license.
• 4–6+ years of employee benefits and account management experience.
• Experience coordinating with offshore teams or third‑party partners is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including executive presentations.

Mansioni

• Foster and maintain strong client relationships and oversee benefit programs.
• Lead multi‑year renewal strategy with data supported recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Prepare QBR insights with trend analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate with carriers, Advisors, CSS, and internal Baldwin teams.
