• Active bar license in the applicable state or willingness to obtain it quickly.

Responsibilities

• Advise on employee benefits and executive compensation matters in transactional contexts.
• Counsel clients on corporate transactions and other business events affecting benefit plans.
• Represent employers and service providers; manage multiple matters with accuracy and timeliness.
• Contribute to business development and potential partnership discussions.
