You will serve as primary contact with carriers, develop executive summaries, and present financial insights to clients. The role also includes mentoring analysts and contributing to team standards and strategy.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years experience in employee benefits brokerage or related field.
• High School Graduate; college degree preferred.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain a state Life & Disability insurance license.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
• Advanced problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Aufgaben

• Perform financial analytics for self-funded client programs (>1,000 lives).
• Prepare customized analyses: market reviews, renewal projections, and claims utilization.
• Develop funding, rate, and contribution analyses; create executive summaries.
• Maintain carrier relationships and negotiate coverage for renewals/new business.
• Review renewal illustrations and analyze experience data for trends.
• Mentor analysts and support team with data analysis and processes.
