You will prepare executive summaries, model funding projections, review claims data, and collaborate with carriers to optimize plan design.

The role requires 5+ years in employee benefits brokerage, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in employee benefits brokerage required.
• High School graduate; college degree preferred.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain a state Life & Disability license.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data for self-funded clients and create deliverables.
• Prepare analyses including market review, funding projections, and utilization.
• Negotiate with carriers and present renewal options with summaries.
• Develop client-facing executive summaries and cost-reduction strategies.
• Mentor analysts and support team training and processes.
