Job summary

USI Insurance Services is seeking a seasoned Employee Benefits Analyst IV in St. Louis, MO to independently analyze information and deliver financial analyses for large self-funded programs. The role emphasizes developing executive summaries, client-facing communications, and strategic recommendations.

You will perform market review analyses, renewal projections, claims utilization reviews, and cost-saving modeling, while coordinating with carriers and internal teams to meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of employee benefits brokerage experience required.
• High School diploma; college degree preferred.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain a state Life & Disability license.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze information and create financial deliverables for large self-funded clients.
• Perform financial analytics, market reviews, and funding projections.
• Develop plan illustrations and cost reduction opportunities.
• Write client-facing executive summaries with observations and recommendations.
• Collaborate with service teams and support sales with strategic plans.
