• Must hold or be willing to obtain a state Life & Disability insurance license.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data for self-funded clients (typically >1,000 lives).
• Prepare analyses including market reviews, renewal projections, and claims utilization.
• Write client-facing Executive Summaries with observations, conclusions, and recommendations.
• Interact with carriers to negotiate renewals and market coverage options.
• Provide guidance to analysts and mentor team members.
