Job summary

Alliance 360 Insurance Solutions is seeking an Account Manager, Employee Benefits to support assigned employer groups with proactive service, renewals, and benefit program optimization. This role reports to the Manager of Client Services and sits in our Cypress, CA office.

The ideal candidate will have a California Life & Health license, a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in employee benefits, and a proven ability to build trusted relationships with clients, carriers, and vendors while guiding

Qualifications

• Active California Life & Health Insurance License required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of Employee Benefits insurance experience.
• Experience managing employer group benefits accounts.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned employee benefits clients.
• Renewals: manage annual renewal process and prepare client-ready proposals.
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams for service delivery.
• Educate clients on market trends, compliance updates, and benefit options.
• Support client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing service needs.
