Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field.
• 10+ years of client service experience in health & welfare/employee benefits, with at least 5 years in consulting/brokerage.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic planning and consulting advice to clients including preparation of RFPs, vendor responses, analysis, and client reports with recommendations.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients through proactive contact initiatives.
• Consult with clients on investment options, services, fees, strategies and goals.
• Review large claims, utilization results, and monthly claims experience.
