Job summary

TRC is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Emission Testing Services Practice in Austin, TX. The role requires leading test teams, performing emission tests, and delivering reports while managing project financials and client relations.

Candidates should have 5+ years of stationary source testing experience, EPA method familiarity, SES QI certification (I-III), and the ability to travel up to 75%. DOT certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of stationary source emission testing experience.
• Familiarity with EPA test methods.
• Willingness to travel 50-75%.
• Must pass an initial drug screen and ongoing random checks.
• Must have a valid driver''s license and clean driving record; able to obtain DOT certification.
• SES Qualified Individual certification in Groups I-III.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor emission test teams in the field.
• Perform and manage emission tests.
• Prepare proposals, test protocols, and test reports.
• Manage project financials, including invoicing and change orders.
• Retain current clients and grow the net service revenue year over year.
• Lead customer-facing activities as SME for TRC.
