Job summary

Encino Environmental Services, LLC is seeking a Field Project Manager – Stack Testing to lead emissions and stack testing projects at client sites. The role involves coordinating field activities, developing protocols, and producing reports that demonstrate regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on testing experience, strong project management skills, and the ability to mentor junior staff while communicating clearly with clients and regulators.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of stack testing and emissions monitoring experience.
• Experience interpreting air quality regulations (state and EPA).
• Proficient with advanced testing equipment and instrumentation.
• Strong project management, prioritization, and coordination.
• Must have valid Driver’s License and be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card.

Responsibilities

• Lead emissions/stack testing projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate field activities: setup, sampling, data acquisition.
• Develop testing protocols in line with regulations and client needs.
• Analyze results and prepare comprehensive regulatory reports.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance.
