Job summary

Encino Environmental Services, LLC is seeking a Field Project Manager for stack testing in Houston. You will lead emissions and stack testing projects from kickoff through completion, coordinating field activities, equipment setup, sample collection, and data acquisition to ensure accurate results.

The role requires deep knowledge of emissions regulations, hands-on experience with Isokinetic samplers, CEMs, GC, and FTIR, and the ability to develop testing protocols that meet state and federal

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in stack testing and emissions monitoring.
• Experience with industrial sources.
• Ability to interpret air quality regulations.
• Strong project management and prioritization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain DOT medical card.
• CSTS/CEMS/QSTI desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead emissions/stack testing projects from inception to completion.
• Plan, schedule, and execute field testing.
• Coordinate equipment setup, sample collection, and data acquisition.
• Analyze test results and prepare regulatory reports.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff.
• Serve as the primary client and regulator contact.
• Stay updated on air quality regulations and technologies.
• Monitor assets and staffing levels.
• Participate in building testing trailers and documenting buildouts.
• Engage in client meetings and events.
