Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. is hiring an experienced Field Team Leader for our Air Measurements Services (AMS) in Santa Ana, CA. You will lead field test teams, perform emission testing, and prepare protocols and reports, with travel across Southern California.

Relocation/sign-on bonus available for the right candidate. This role requires SES certification, DOT credentials, and strong communication skills. You will manage client relationships and contribute to business growth while upholding safety

Qualifications

• Two+ years emission testing experience preferred.
• Current SES Qualified Individual certification in I and III (and II, IV) where applicable.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% and pass drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor test teams in the field.
• Perform emission tests in Southern California and beyond.
• Prepare proposals, test protocols, and reports.
• Manage project financials including invoicing and changes.
