Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 7 years experience required.
• Associate's degree + 10 years experience required.
• Experience facilitating cross functional teams through a planning process.
• Strong experience with project management.

Responsibilities

• Planning expert: execute a deliberate planning process to update existing plans or develop new plans.
• Training on plans and continuous improvement: ensure plans are trained and evaluated during exercises or real events.
• Plan management: track inventories and maintenance schedules for compliance deadlines.
• Facilitation of workshops and meetings: lead cross-functional planning sessions and workshops.
• Project management: multitask efficiently to achieve program goals across multiple projects.
• Budget and contract management: manage budgets, contracts, and expenses for the program area.
• Communications skills: develop clear materials and presentations for diverse audiences.
• Collaboration: work with other program staff and support team needs.
