Boston IVF | IVIRMA North America seeks a Senior-Level Embryologist to join our Waltham, MA laboratory team. You will advance toward independent execution of core embryology procedures in a U.S. clinical IVF setting.

This role emphasizes hands-on embryology, QA/QC compliance, and collaboration with a patient-centered care team, with opportunities for mentorship and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology or related field required.
• 3+ years of hands-on human IVF laboratory experience in the U.S.
• Competency in core embryology procedures and embryo assessment.
• Ability to interpret laboratory findings within clinical context.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform IVF laboratory procedures following SOPs and QA standards.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and comply with safety standards.
• Participate in proficiency testing and competency assessments.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues affecting clinical outcomes.
• Contribute to lab optimization and research initiatives.
• Attend lab meetings and continuing education programs.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation and data entry.
