Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree (Biology or related field) required.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on human IVF laboratory experience in the U.S.
• Demonstrated competency in core embryology procedures.
• Weekend and holiday rotation required.

Responsibilities

• Perform IVF lab procedures following SOPs and quality standards.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and safety protocols.
• Participate in proficiency testing and competency assessments.
• Assist in embryo culture, grading, and cryostorage management.
