Boston IVF | IVIRMA North America in Waltham, MA is seeking a Mid-Level Embryologist to join our U.S. IVF laboratory team. The role focuses on hands-on embryology procedures and contributing to patient outcomes in a fast-growing program.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology or related field, has 2+ years of U.S. IVF laboratory experience, and demonstrates proficiency in oocyte identification, ICSI, embryo culture, vitrification, and strict QA/QC practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology or related field is required.
• 2+ years of hands-on IVF laboratory experience in the U.S.
• Competency in core embryology procedures and embryo assessment.
• Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Weekend and holiday rotation required.

Responsibilities

• Perform IVF laboratory procedures following SOPs and QA/QC.
• Maintain documentation and comply with safety standards.
• Participate in proficiency testing and continuous improvement.
• Support ongoing laboratory optimization and education.
