Artifintech is seeking a Senior Embedded Systems Engineer in California to lead architecture and develop firmware for vehicle computing platforms. You will drive device driver implementation, sensor integration, and networking stack work across Linux and RTOS environments.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration with hardware, software, and electrical engineering teams, with emphasis on reliability, performance, and safety of automotive systems.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in embedded systems engineering.
• Expertise in embedded C/C++, Linux, and RTOS.
• Experience with vehicle networks and sensors integration.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Mansioni

• Design and lead embedded system architecture for vehicle computing and networking platforms.
• Develop embedded firmware and device drivers using C/C++ and Python.
• Work with Linux kernel, FreeRTOS, QNX, and other RTOS platforms.
• Develop and debug CAN, LIN, FlexRay, and Ethernet communication interfaces.
• Work with networking protocols such as TCP, UDP, HTTP, and gRPC.
• Integrate sensors including LiDAR, Radar, and Cameras.
• Support PCB bring-up, hardware debugging, and system integration.
• Perform Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing and performance optimization.
• Work with hardware, software, and electrical engineering teams.
• Ensure system reliability, safety, and performance.
