Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Business Development leader to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in embedded solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams to design compelling propositions, engage CIOs and executives, and build strategic partnerships.

The role emphasizes solution architecture, market development, and sustained client relationships. Ideal candidates have extensive BD experience in hardware/software integrations, strong communication skills, and a proven track record

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in business development or promoting embedded solutions or hardware products.
• Experience with embedded SBC/board form-factors (2.5"/3.5"/Mini ITX etc.)
• Experience with tier 1 and/or tier 2 OEMs; product management, marketing, sales, and BD exposure.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to engage C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Set customer acquisition targets with management; drive revenue growth.
• Develop and execute acquisition plans with cross-functional teams.
• Lead pre-sales to design proposals and win customers.
• Build relationships with executives of clients and prospects.
• Collaborate to ensure roadmaps and solutions are competitive.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and internal issue resolution.
• Provide product training to teams, partners, and customers.
