• Proficiency in C/C++ for real-time embedded systems and RTOS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of embedded software for digital power control systems.
• Architect and implement firmware for MCUs, DSPs, or FPGAs.
• Manage and mentor a 2–5 engineer team; conduct code reviews and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with hardware and product teams to define software requirements and interface specifications.
• Drive best practices in embedded development, including version control and testing.
• Own the full software lifecycle from concept to production and support.
