Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience debugging applications on simulated and target hardware.
• U.S. citizenship with an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with RTOS such as Green Hills Integrity or VxWorks.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a software development team and manage project plans.
• Translate requirements into maintainable software designs.
• Plan development, assign budgets and tasks, and track progress.
• Develop software using modern C++ standards.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to define interfaces.
• Support all phases of the SDLC and develop test plans.
• Provide guidance to embedded software engineers.
